MEIS library: always open!

MEIS exhibition is being re-installed and reopens on October 2nd, but the library in Via Piangipane 81 knows no rest: it is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 am to 1 pm and from 2 to 6 pm, and on Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm.

It collects over 3,500 volumes on Judaism, history of religions, history of the Jews in Italy, history, culture, Jewish art and literature, anti-Semitism, racial persecution and fascism, Holocaust, Israel and Jewish communities, the quarterly Jewish Review of BooksPagine Ebraiche (Jewish Pages), the monthly paper of Italian Jews, and the weekly The International Jerusalem Post.

To consult the books just ask the staff, the loan is for those registered with the Ferrarese Library System.
